Description
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention non-judgmentally to whatever thoughts, feelings and experiences an individual is going through at any one moment in time. There is a significant body of research that has demonstrated that regular mindfulness practice can significantly impact an individual’s perception of depression, anxiety and overall wellbeing. It has also been shown to reduce stress, ruminative thinking and lead to increased empathy and self-compassion.
