With two decades of experience as a Personal Trainer and an added background of health science in Nutrition and Naturopathy, Sarah’s knowledge and passion for natural health will guide you to feel your best self whilst feeling completely supported, heard and understood.

With a clinical but wholehearted centred approach Sarah treats you as the individual you are! 

Outside my practice, I find balance and clarity through time in nature. Swimming in the ocean, walking along the beach, and exploring coastal trails help me unwind and reconnect with simplicity and rhythm.

 

I also have a deep love for food — from slow, nourishing meals to shared moments over a comforting cup of chai. These rituals remind me that wellbeing isn’t only found in structure and science, but also in pleasure, connection, and the beauty of everyday life.
