Classic creamy summer smoothie
Ingredients:
✨ 1/3 cup of your favourite milk
✨ 1/2 frozen zucchini
✨ 1/4 avocado
✨ 1/2 frozen banana. You can use monk fruit/stevia to taste if you’d like a sugar free version
✨ 2 tablespoons of coconut or Greek yoghurt
✨ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
✨ 1 serve of protein powder (we used the GelPro Australia hemp/collagen blend here)
✨ A few ice cubes
Method:
Blend all ingredients – you may need to tamper and/or add a touch more liquid to reach your desired consistency.
Top coconut flakes, cacao nibs and your favourite granola.
